Bio
Mr. Paul Birrell began his teaching career at Central High School in 1988 after emigrating from the United Kingdom in 1981. In 2004, he moved into site administration and then to the Educational Services Division in 2007 as the Supervisor of High School State and Federal Programs.
Mr. Birrell attended Fresno Pacific University and has a secondary English teaching credential from the California Teaching Commission and an Administrative Services Credential. He also holds a secondary teaching certificate from the General Teaching Council for Scotland. Mr. Birrell enjoys interacting with the staff and students in the schools he supervises.
