Dr. Tami Boatright

K-8 Education

Dr. Tami Boatright serves Central Unified students, staff, and community in her role as Director, K-8 Education. Having spent 28 years as an educator in Central Unified, Tami has developed strong relationships with staff, students, and the community.


She has served Central Unified in many roles over the years. She has been a classroom teacher, school vice principal and principal, Research, Evaluation, and Assessment Supervisor, and in her current position as Director, K-8 Education.


Dr. Tami Boatright holds teaching, reading specialist, and administrative credentials. She has a MA in Education and Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership.


Dr. Tami Boatright considers herself a lifelong learner and in constant pursuit of new knowledge to contribute to this organization while supporting staff and students. On a personal note, Tami and her husband are members of the Central community and are immensely proud of their two sons, both of whom attended Central Unified schools.
