Summer K Camp is available for students entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025 who have not had any preschool experience. Scan the QR Code on the flyer below to register.
TK & Kindergarten Registration for 2025-2026 begins on March 4, 2025
DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate)

Proof of Residence (Utility service bill, mortgage statement, rental property contract & receipt, property tax payment receipts, pay stubs, voter registration, and declarations of residency)

Proof of a California Tuberculosis Risk Assessment signed and completed by a licensed physician or Central Unified Health Services

Proof of Immunizations must be up-to-date (See Below)
- Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP, DTP, Tdap, or TD) - 5 doses (4 doses OK if one was given on or after 4th birthday)
- Polio (OPV or IPV) - 4 doses (3 doses OK if one was given on or after 4th birthday)
- Hepatitis B - 3 doses
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) - 2 doses(both given on or after the 1st birthday)
- Varicella (Chickenpox) - 2 doses
