Central Unified School District is committed to equal opportunities for all persons and apprising individuals of their right to file a complaint if there are concerns about a District practice [Board Policy 0410]. The following link provides a chart to determine which complaint procedure to follow when a complaint is received. If it is unclear which procedure applies to a complaint, the Superintendent/Designee shall determine correct procedure. The Superintendent or Designee's decision shall be final.
