Independent Studies Agreement

 

The Independent Studies Agreement will need to be filled out IN CASE your student is put on quarantine. This will make the transition to distance learning smoother. Once they are cleared from quarantine students can return to school. The form can be filled out on ParentSqaure. You can also fill out a physical copy and drop it off in room 11 at the District Office.
