- A2A Training
- 8/23/2019, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- District Office - Room 4
Hello my friends!!!!
A mandatory "hands on" training on Attention To Attendance (A2A) will be held for all Attendance Clerks on Friday, August 23 in Room 4 at the District Office. A2A will now be the program that is used to run attendance letters, generate attendance reports , etc. Aeries is NOT going away...this program will be in addition.
A representative from A2A will be here to guide everyone through the nuts and bolts of the system. Everyone in attendance will be provided a lap top computer and navigate the system along with the trainer.
While seating is limited, if one administrator from your site would like to accompany your attendance personnel and go through the training (which is highly advised), please try to bring your own computer device with you.
Secondary Site Personnel will be trained from 10:00 - 12:00
Elementary Site Personnel will be trained from 1:00 - 3:00
As we kick off our attendance initiative, it is imperative that YOU are proficient and have knowledge of the program since YOU are such an integral part of the process and a valued member of your team. :)
I have missed you all and I am very much looking forward to seeing you there on August 23!!
