Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance & Pre-Employment Testing

In accordance with California law, all applicants must obtain fingerprint clearance prior to starting a position. Life Scan fingerprints are taken electronically by a certified fingerprint roller as part of our onboarding process. Fingerprints cannot be transferred from another agency. Applicants will incur fingerprint processing fees, which are determined by the CA Department of Justice. Some jobs may require additional pre-employment testing and/or exam.

Out of State Applicants

If you have completed a teacher credentialing program outside of California and are interested in receiving California certification, please contact the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) at (888) 921-2682 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday, or visit their website.
