ParentSquare Troubleshooting

 
HELP! I tried to log into ParentSquare using my email or cell phone on file with the school but it won't allow me to. What do I need to do??
 
 
Follow these steps below to get to the CONTACTS page to update your cell phone, email, and notification preferences to General & Emergency Announcements. Make sure you have the SAME CONTACT INFORMATION on ALL CONTACTS PAGES for ALL OF YOUR STUDENTS.  
 
NOTE: If parents haven't yet completed data confirmation, you will NOT be able to navigate to the contacts screen directly until AFTER data confirmation has been completed!
 
After you correct the CONTACTS page in the Parent Portal, it will take 24 hours for the information to sync with ParentSquare.
 
If you don't know your student's ID#, please call the Student Information System Office at 559-274-4700 x10711. They will have to ask you specific questions before they can mail you the student ID number which is private information.
