About Jack Kelejian

 
Mr. Jack Kelejian joined Central Unified School District in 2001. Prior to his role as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Mr. Kelejian served the teachers, students and community as Principal of Central High School, where his driving theme of “United in Orange” cultivated a spirit of collaboration among staff and students alike. His leadership experience includes serving as Principal of James K. Polk Elementary, where he led the school to the highly coveted National Blue Ribbon School nomination. Mr. Kelejian also served as a Vice-Principal at both Central High School West Campus and El Capitan Middle School.
 
Before entering educational leadership, Mr. Kelejian taught Social Science at Central High School’s West Campus and also served as the Director of Activities. Mr. Kelejian is honored to serve Central Unified as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and to continue working in a collaborative environment, while building strong partnerships with staff and community members to foster college, career and community readiness for every student.
