MEET THE NEW SUPERVISOR OF PRESCHOOL
 
Mrs. Bergmann
 

My name is Michelle Bergmann. I have a passion for nurturing young minds and helping them grow. I have a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and a teaching credential in Early Childhood Education. For more than 20 years, I have supported the growth mindset of working with children at multiple levels in educational settings. 

My passion for education was ignited by my mother, family educators, and teachers, who instilled in me a lifelong love of learning—a gift that I aim to give to every child who enters the preschool classroom. I believe in a play-based learning approach, integrating hands-on activities with foundational academic skills to foster independence, empathy, and a deep love for exploration. My educational philosophy centers around the belief that each child is unique, with their own talents and learning pace. I strive to ensure children have a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where they can explore, learn, and have fun.
