Substitute Teacher Resources

We are excited to announce that we are upgrading our SmartFindExpress substitute calling system to the latest version.
We are targeting January 2, 2018 as the “Go Live” date for the upgrade. You will continue to use our existing system until that date and any absences you have reported will transition to the new system.

With the upgrade you will use the same ID and PIN to access the system (telephone or web).
What you will need to know on January 2, 2018 when we upgrade:
Some new features to look for:
  • Ability to recover your PIN from the log in screen (“Trouble Signing-In” link)
    • Note: You must have an email address in your profile to use this feature.
  • Ability to add/update your email address to receive job confirmations and recover your PIN.
  • Ability to change your PIN on the web
  • Ability to attach Lesson Plans or other important documents to your job to better assist your substitute.
